1928 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan. Impeccable frame-off, nut and bolt restoration completed 15 years ago, but since then, the car has only accumulated 21 miles! Restored back to factory with the 200 cubic inch inline flat-head 4 cylinder with a 3-speed manual non-synchro transmission. Still, lots of fun to drive, but tricky to downshift with no sychros. Awooga horn works perfectly. Car is still 6-volt but runs an 8-volt battery making starting a snap! Paint is 10 out of 10 and the chrome was all completely replated. Mostly original body panels, but new reproduction parts used as needed. Engine and transmission completely rebuilt, and everything else is new! New upholstery and interior done in the correct and very expensive mohair and wool. All new Glass, all new or rebuilt running gear, brakes tires and pretty much everything. There’s limited information about what the car looked like before restoration, but from what we’ve been told, this was not hauled out of the bush to be restored, it was already a nice survivor car. Stepping into this car is like stepping back 98 years ago into a brand-new car! Any serious collector would be foolish to pass this one by, as the asking price is leagues away from the huge dollars spent on this concours restoration.
