1966 Ford Galaxie 2-Dr Hardtop. Handsome car with stacked headlights and sharp edges that didn’t start life with this engine but now sports a big 428 under the hood! HEI ignition has been added, and the motor looks to e be freshened up along with a new intake, carb, and big headers! Plenty of go-fast goodies under here. Power steering and power brakes to make handling easy along with front disc brakes. A vintage A/C kit has been installed including dash controls to keep you cool cruising in the summer. Odometer reads 99,000 miles, but with an engine swap and 5-digits, true milage is unknown. 3-speed automatic transmission behind all that. Paint and body are nice, but a polish coming up will have the car looking fantastic. Interior is largely original too. Seats look to be unrestored, but carpets have been replaced. Door panels are in nice shape. Dash has a couple cracks, but in the meantime a dash cover hides those. The steering wheel also needs a makeover right now.  An aftermarket tach, oil pressure, water temp and voltmeter have been added to the interior to monitor vitals. The factory AM radio remains in place, but a hidden bluetooth stereo with controls in the glove box has been added including a powered Bazooka tube subwoofer in the trunk. Back there you’ll find what appears to be the original trunk liner and an awful lot of space! We have plans to lower the car as it sits up a little too high for our tastes. Honest, straight shooter and a nice driver.
