1970 GMC 2500 Reg Cab, Long Box, 2WD Camper Special. A bit of a project right now, but all the heavy lifting is done. Originally a two-tone green and white truck, right now after extensive restoration, the truck sits in primer awaiting its final paint job back to factory colors - the paint comes with the truck. Lots of work has already been completed including new floors, floor supports, cab corners and cab framing replaced. All Sheet metal, cab supports, rockers are brand new along with inner tubs, bottoms of the doors. Basically, everything from the mirror line down is all brand new metal. Truck has sport mirrors now. Original tow-mirrors removed and shaved.  Tailgate is brand new along with bumpers. All lighting has been upgraded to LEDs with new wiring. Rust free now with lots of new metal. The only part of the exterior still needing attention is the bed floor. Could use a drop in wood kit. The exterior just requires the final going over with minor filler and blocking to prep for paint. Under the hood is a 5.3 LS with low miles and all redone. Professionally tuned. Elgin camshaft and Pac springs are now installed along with redone cylinder heads and gaskets. Very stout LS now. Behind it is a remanufactured and upgraded TH-350.   Interior has been insulated and with sound deadener. OEM gauges are hooked up to the LS ecu. Still has the original radio, but seats re-upholstered and door panels are new. Green Sherwin Williams and GM classic white supplied along with PPG clearcoat to finish the truck. Most of the suspension is new with tubular trailing arms, new shocks and springs all around too.
