1972 Chevrolet C-10 Super Cheyenne Reg Cab, Long Box
$ 64,990
1972 Chevrolet C-10 Super Cheyenne Regular Cab, Long Box, 2WD. You won’t find a nicer ’72 Chev anywhere else in the country. This is an absolutely incredible restoration with no corners cut and absolutely every last detail has been gone through. A complete Nut and Bolt frame-off rotisserie restoration. EVERYTHING is all new. The truck was owned by a couple of brothers in Alberta for years and they completed the paint when they had the truck but never finished the project. The real kicker… one of the brothers worked at a Chevrolet dealership (30 years ago), so 95% of the restoration pieces and parts required were ordered right from the dealership, meaning they’re not replica parts, they’re real GM factory parts! With the exception of the fuel tank, intake and carb, steering wheel and the A/C system, the truck has been restored back to factory original. The cab has new cab corners and rockers, but the body was largely rust free. Under the hood is the stock 350 4-bbl backed by a TH-400. Out back is a 3:73 rear diff with non-posi gears. Thee’s and Edelbrock Intake and carb now along with chromed valve covers. The dual exhaust (equipped from factory) is all new. Factory disc brakes bring everything to a stop, and there’s leaf springs out back. The truck was equipped with A/C from factory, but that system was replaced with custom fitted Vintage Air components including controls and compressor. The fuel tank is still behind the front seat (not hooked up), but a modern one has been fitted under the box. The wooden box floor is rarer for ’72, but that’s the correct factory option and the wood is beautiful. There’s power steering and power brakes, a Retrosound radio now installed and being the Cheyenne, it features blue houndstooth interior, plus lots of fake vinyl wood trim and decorative appointments in the cab, dual sun visors, vinyl headliner, not to mention the wood grain stainless trim on the outside of the truck. The Medium blue and white combination is stunning, and the paint is flawless. There’s a sliding rear window large dual mirrors. The trim guide in the glovebox shows just how accurate the restoration is, outlining all of the major components still on the truck. 16,800 miles show, but with a 5-digit odometer and a complete rebuild, true milage is unknown. In 2024 this Cheyenne took 1st it’s class at the Majestics Car show in Regina, and it placed well at Draggins 2024 too! It runs sensationally, drives like its 1972 all over again, and turns head at every corner! Don’t miss out, this truly is a one of a kind truck in better than new condition.
