2007 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 2LZ 3LT package. Rare to find a Z06, and even harder to find them this flawless and with such low milage! Only 13,000 kms (8,000 miles!) and just about 20 years old! That works out to about 700 kms per year since it was bought new at Murray Chevrolet in Winnipeg Manitoba. Hardly even broken in at this point. The condition of the car is an absolute 10 out of 10. Zero chips, road rash or blemishes of any kind. The headlight covers are still perfectly clear. All the owners’ manuals and pamphlets, sales brochure and laminated window sticker come with the car. The tires are still factory and show very little wear. The leather seats are factory new, and the leather steering wheel isn’t glossy from too many hands. In fact, the car arrived to us with a plastic steering wheel cover and the plastic carpet guards that were put on in the factory have never been removed! The wheels have never touched a curb, and the car is as good as new as could be imagined. No word of a lie, it’s that good. The air in the tires is from 2007! The Z06 was no plain old Corvette either. The body is wider than a standard Corvette and utilizes an aluminum chassis, solid magnesium roof and frame sub chassis and carbon fiber front fenders bringing the weight down to a very light 3100 lbs. Under the hood is a naturally aspirated (427) 7.0-liter LS7 V8 with dry sump oil system paired only to a 6-speed manual transmission. It makes 505 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. The double wishbone suspension on all four corners puts the power to the ground through 325 width series tires and staggered 18”/19” 10-spoke chrome aluminum wheels. Stopping power comes from red 6-piston Brembo front brakes. The exterior of the car also features working air vents on the nose of the car, and along both sides on the front and rear fenders. This particular car with the 2LZ luxury package also features just about every available option including leather heated front seats, power driver’s seat with position memory, power telescoping steering column, auto dimming mirrors, premium 7-speaker Bose audio, DVD navigation (3LT), heads up display, dual zone climate control with A/C and push button start ignition, Premium paint, OnStar and dual mode exhaust that opens dampers under hard acceleration. About the only thing missing is the optional Magnetic ride control with adaptive damping. Don’t miss the chance to own one of the best “Bang for your Buck” sports cars on the market.
