2008 Chevrolet Corvette 2LT in Velocity Yellow. This is the third yellow Corvette Rod’s Hotrods has had in a row! This one is a nice, loaded driver. Still in very good condition but has 96,000 miles or 154,000 kms on it. At some point, the car was imported from the US to Canada. Powered by the 6.2-liter LS3 V8 and paired up to a 6-speed automatic, it’s easy to drive, but plenty powerful enough to have fun with, or carry you through the mountains with ease! 0-60 comes in just 4.5 seconds! The 2LT is well equipped with powered leather bucket seats, push button start, AM/FM CD player, dual zone automatic climate control with A/C, and of course tilt, cruise, power windows, power locks and all the other standard equipment. This particular Vette was optioned with Magnetic Selective Ride, allowing the driver to select touring or sport suspension modes. It also has dual mode automatic exhaust which opens valves in the tail pipes for improved exhaust sounds above 3500 RPM. Its nice and clean under the hood, and the exterior overall is still very nice. Headlights will get a polishing before it finds a new home. Wheels are perfect and have clearly never collided with a curb. Leather, Upholstery and carpets are all still in excellent shape. Perfect car to take touring across the US or Canada. Lots of power, comfortable, easy to drive, but not so brand new that you’re afraid to take it through the rain. Plenty of fun at a competitive price!
