1978 Trans Am Y88

1978 Pontiac Trans Am Y88 Gold Special Edition. Only available to order for a 3 month stretch from November of 1977 till end of January 1978, this is one of the most collectible and hard to find Trans Am's around. The Y88 Packagage meant  code 50 Solar Gold paint, but also gold grilles and emblems, black taillamp housings, a Formula steering wheel with camel tan covers and gold spokes and Gold aluminum wheels among other goodies. We understand this particular example is in spectacular condition, and sports it's 400 V8, now rebuilt under the hood. All documentation from the original owner is said to be coming with the car, but until we get our eyes on it, we dont' have any other details.
