1933 Ford 3-window Hot Rod by Factory 5. A hot rod that handles! Driving this car is like having your very own street-legal go cart! All the looks of a classic hot rod with a lightweight tube frame chassis and fiberglass body all designed and produced by the famous Factory 5 kit car company. Powered by a Lincoln 302 V8 from the 80’s and backed by a 4-speed automatic transmission. The most impressive part is the suspension. Up front is a fully independent double wishbone set up with inboard adjustable coil overs and disc brakes. Out back is a 3-link set up for an 8.8” Mustang rear end. We don’t promise a soft ride at all, but it corners like it’s on rails. Take any curve without lifting off the throttle! This one is all about the experience of driving. Not much in the way of amenities. No heater or radio. The soundtrack for the drive comes from the V8. Surprisingly it accommodates even tall drivers and it’s fairly easy to get into thanks to suicide doors. Two small bucket seats with shoulder-strap style seat belts. A B&M shifter is on the center transmission hump and there’s a tilt steering wheel column. The car has a nice set of working auto meter gauges, a horn, headlights, signal lights, a wiper and windows… and that’s just about it! The roof is removable and a windshield with metal frame comes with the car to turn it into a roadster. The trunk does have some usable room and fuel filler access is under the trunk lid. This one is very eye catching thanks to the red and white combo on the outside and black interior. The car will still be getting a polish in our showroom before the next new owner takes it home. The tilt open front hood is clever and the front grill laid back is absolutely iconic! More fun than a barrel full of monkeys. Milage is unknown.
